@pb_blake: I know you guys are gonna ask me how to do it so here’s the steps: 1️⃣ Log in to Tradovate 2️⃣ Click the settings menu (top-right corner) 3️⃣ Select "Risk Settings" 4️⃣ Turn on "Daily Loss Limit" 5️⃣ Enter your max loss for the day. Keep it at 1–2% of your account: • $25k account → $250–$500 • $50k account → $500–$1,000 • $100k account → $1,000–$2,000 6️⃣ Save 7️⃣ Turn on "Lock Risk Settings" so you can't raise the limit mid-session when you're tilted Once you hit the limit, Tradovate can close your positions, cancel pending orders and block new trades until the next session. No more "one more trade to make it back." 🔒
