@momokatz7: 💚💚FOSTER PENDING💚💚 💔🆘 LAST CALL FOR CALI. CODE RED 11AM CST ON 10/27! 🆘💔 🐾 CALI A1299450 | DALLAS ANIMAL SERVICES 🙏 Cali has been given another extension, but his time is running out. This sweet boy has so much love to give, and he deserves the chance to leave the shelter alive and find a family of his own. Please help share Cali before his deadline! ❤️ LOOK AT THE LOVE THIS BOY HAS TO GIVE! ❤️ Cali is a 2-year-old, 54-pound male who is heartworm NEGATIVE. His recent volunteer visits show a much sweeter side of this boy! 🐾 Easy to leash up and walks well 🐾 Enjoys cuddles, pets, and being close to people 🐾 Has leaned into volunteers for affection and even climbed into a volunteer’s lap for cuddles! 🐾 Loves to sniff, explore, and run outside 🐾 Enjoys playing fetch with a tennis ball 🐾 Has shown good manners on walks and passed yards with dogs without reacting 🐾 Has been successfully housed with other dogs 🐾 Takes treats gently and may know how to sit 💔 Cali has struggled with the stress of kennel life, but outside the kennel, volunteers have seen a loving, affectionate boy who seeks out human attention. He may simply need a calmer environment and someone willing to give him a chance. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Cali has a documented Level 2 bite history involving a stranger’s left knee on 9/21/26. The incident occurred when he was chained to his owner’s camper and charged at a person walking through an alley. Please review his full history and use appropriate precautions when handling him. 📍 Dallas Animal Services 1818 N. Westmoreland Rd. Dallas, TX 75212 🏡 ADOPT: [email protected] 🆘 RESCUE TAG: [email protected] 🐾 FOSTER: [email protected] Foster offers should be local to the DFW area. 🔗 CALI’S ADOPETS LINK: https://adopt.adopets.com/pet/dd5e3071-8a2a-4bfb-8755-4e08e92d1233 💔 Please don’t let Cali’s kennel behavior overshadow the affection and progress volunteers have seen. He loves cuddles, enjoys his walks, and seeks out people for attention. #dogs #pets #animals #dallas #pitbull
