I’m foster failing (after fostering for a while) because I know few homes can provide what he needs and I feel so guilty because I love fostering so much and we will have to put that on hold for a while. But I genuinely have no problem sending them to their new homes because I know that home has what they need and that dog has what the family needs. When people comment that, or “you should keep him, he already looks like he’s at home” it pmo sooo much. My opinion is that you can love a dog without keeping it.
