@officiallyrevealed: I was transferred and the operator had the address. She opened the call but didn’t dictate it. Then, she turned and asked me for the address, and I told her where it was. She acted as if she had no knowledge of her job and tried to get me to go check on the lady. I’m like, "What the hell? Get me to whoever needs to speak with her or take care of her." I asked to speak with her supervisor. She put me on hold for two minutes, came back, and told me her supervisor said to go ahead and take the call and send help from another department. I’m appalled by the lack of customer service these systems put in place, and how they handle crises or non-emergency issues. Yeah I called because my son was supposed to be at practice at Duncanville high school and I was picking him up. It was hours later I ended up finding him but they never showed up and they called me later that night asking what happened and I started to say bihhh he still missing.
