@tls.dmstlr: [ DIO MATCHA ] At Dio Matcha, they are keeping their menu simple to highlight its matcha true to its taste. When flavors and creams are added, just like coffee, it does hide true matcha profiles; so, I do appreciate that they are doing that. They provide options for our matcha drinks. On the day I went, there was an option to chose between Chawa (Saijoen) or Ogurayama (YK). I chose Ogurayama, which has a sweet and mild umami taste with creamy and smooth texture.
