I forget how old he was, but my brother as a kid started choking, and before anyone even knew he gave himself the "Heimlich" but shoving himself against the television and dislodging a hotdog if I'm remembering correctly. My mother was absolutely shocked he was able to keep himself calm enough to even do that.

We went to a Mexican restaurant and my 4 yr old started choking on a chip! I immediately did the Heimlich maneuver and it dislodged and came shooting out and hit my mom!!!!!!😂 Thank the Lord I was able to quickly get the food dislodged and we have a semi funny story about it hitting my mom!!!😂

My son choked on watermelon when he was under 1, he was strapped into his high chair and I still dont know how I got him out so quickly and smacked that watermelon out of him.I didnt even know that's what you're supposed to do but thankfully my instincts were correct. It was so scary!!!

It’s one of the scariest things. Bad enough when you choke on something yourself, but when it’s a child - absolutely frightening. Everyone needs to learn this.

That happened to my little cousin she was 2 years old and my fucking family was busy my little cousin almost die if I didn’t turn around and look at her and I literally saved her like I hold her up and I did the same thing as you said oh 😩because of that 1 thing I did am so proud of myself 😎
