![Anyone else notice a dip in their supply 5 months pp? 🥲 These lactation brownies are so easy because they start with a boxed brownie mix! 🍫🤤 I ate two brownies for three days straight and I can already see a difference! (This also comes with adequate hydration & calorie intake). I mainly latch my baby and power pump at 6 am and 10 pm just for an extra freezer stash. Recipe: -1 box of your fav brownie mix -½ cup rolled oats (blended) -½ cup brewer’s yeast powder -¼ cup ground flaxseed -¼ cup oatmilk -½ oil (can sub with coconut oil) -2 eggs -2 tbsp water Directions: 1. Pre-heat your oven to 350F (or according to your box) 2. In a large mixing bowl, add all your dry ingredients. [be sure to blend your oats to give it a smoother consistency] 3. Add your eggs, oil, water, and oat milk. 4. Mix everything together until well combined. 5. Place brownie mix into cupcake pan 1/2 way full to prevent overflowing. 6. Add your favorite toppings for more flavor! (optional) 7. Place into oven for 25-30 minutes. 8. Set out for 10 minutes to cool down & they are ready to enjoy!
