I had this happen to me the person upstairs set a fire. I came home from dinner and my whole house was flooded. After that I got insurance because they didn’t reimburse me for nothing. I feel so bad for them. I know exactly how I feel.

This is why i never recommended NYCHA to anyone. Idc thst you dont pay con ed eventually you'll have bugs and these kind of issues and for some reason they never are able to fix anything while offering jobs to train the tennants. I just dont get it.
