Unlike other oversized sushi, the fish here is incredibly fresh and super tasty. Each piece is barely bite-sized, and I felt like my jaw might pop off! Locals love this place too, so it gets full quickly on weekends. I went alone and got lucky right after it opened. No matter if it’s a weekday or weekend, it’s best to line up before the place opens. One really nice touch: there’s a spot at the counter to wash your hands. Since they want you to enjoy it by hand rather than with chopsticks, you can really feel the care and love for sushi in every detail. #金沢グルメ #japanesefood
