@jackiexx90: These lemons bars were a 10/10👏🏽✨ Ingredients: • 1 cup granulated sugar • 2 tbsp lemon zest • 2 eggs • 2 sticks butter, melted & cooled (1 cup) • 3 tbsp lemon juice • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour • 1/4 tsp baking soda For Lemon Glaze: • 1 cup powdered sugar • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice Recipe: - In a bowl add granulated sugar and lemon zest. - Rub the lemon zest into the granulated sugar using your fingertips. (This helps release the natural oils from the lemon zest, giving our lemon brownies an even stronger lemon flavor.) - Add eggs, melted butter and lemon juice and mix together. - In a separate smaller bowl, add all purpose flour and baking soda, whisk together to incorporate. - Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and fold together with a spatula. - Pour in batter in a baking pan lined with parchment paper and even it out with spatula. - Bake at 350°F for 20-25 mins. Insert a toothpick into the center to check if theyre done. If it comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs, it’s ready! For Lemon Glaze: - Add powdered sugar and lemon juice to small bowl and whisk together well! That’s it!
