@surprisebra.v01: SHEBESHXT’S BAIL CASE POSTPONED TO 29 OCTOBER During the proceedings, Shebeshxt’s legal team reportedly presented a new forensic ballistics report prepared by Dr Christo De Klerk. The defence argues that the report supports its position regarding the alleged shooting during the Ladanna road-rage incident on 19 October 2025. Shebeshxt has denied the allegations and insists that he has been framed. He reportedly stated that there was never a shooting incident between him and Ralefatana. The rapper also raised questions about inconsistencies in the reported timeline of events. According to his account, some people questioned about the incident placed the time at around 4 PM, while the police officer who took his statement allegedly indicated that it happened at around 3 PM. Shebeshxt reportedly said he did not understand the difference between the times and maintained that he was with Lehloogonolo Molapo during the relevant period. He insists that he knows nothing about the alleged incident. The rapper has also accused the investigating officer of being biased and wanting to keep him behind bars. These remain allegations, and the court will have to assess the evidence presented by both sides. Meanwhile, the State is opposing his release on bail, meaning the legal battle remains unresolved. The postponement has left fans waiting for 29 October, when the matter is expected to return to court. Supporters are hoping for a positive outcome that could allow the Lekompo star to reunite with his family, but bail has not been guaranteed. Will the new forensic report and the defence’s questions about the timeline influence the outcome of Shebeshxt’s fifth bail application? \#BoloHouseMusic #Shebeshxt #Lekompo #CourtUpdate
