honestly, disagree. With my store, OGP is the golden child. they can do no wrong. Front end can be exploding with lines, and no one comes up to help. But if OGP calls for help after front end calls, Everyone responds to OGP.

bruh, as a former customer service associate, we RAN that front end. cashiers would come to us before team leads bc half the time we knew more about policy than the leads. we'd get left with the office keys and have to run both the desk, and make sure the cashiers had change, breaks, and handle customers complaining about everything.
