There's spanish telenovelas that slowly immerse you into full spanish and they speak in a pace that a new learner can follow. Destinos is one I can think of now.

OHMGOSH… My brother has cerebral palsy became obsessed with cartoons. When we started buying DVD’s he would change the language and but would use the subtitles. He taught himself 7 languages doing this! He shocked the hell out of us one day when our landscapers were trying to explain something to my grandma, and he literally started talking to him in FLUENT Spanish!

Too late my bloodline plus my IQ allows me to be fluent of any language in a week. The only problem is to retain it I actually have to talk to someone. 3 of those days would be used for memorizing actual words. 2 days for muscle memory of the tongue so I can speak like a local. And yes I can impersonate anyone as long I can see him for 2 straight hours, imagine that talent used for speaking in a different language. I can speak telepathically too to animals and trees the list goes on. Every bloodline has a specific talent master yours. Our understanding of actual intelligence is so shallow that I believe people are degrading now instead of upgrading. Technology is actually not helping when in fact it should be.

How I’ve learned 8 languages. 1.its true to have input first and when you watch shows . Put the language subtitles not translated to your native. 2. Reading with audio book. 3. Learn the rules of the languages. Before anything . 4. Learn numbers and letters days of week like you’re a toddler 5. Date someone who speaks that language or make a friend

Kdrama 😭 … I remember watching one of my K dramas and forgetting to put on subtitles and me understanding everything that was happening until I realise it subtitles were off as suddenly my mind just shut off the understanding of everything. It was the weirdest realisation that I had been watching Khaan for 15 minutes without subtitles and did not realise I didn’t have subtitles on anymore, but I somehow instinct a decade of dramas understood the language

My daddy taught himself Spanish in the 80's by watching the telenovelas when we got a satellite dish, and I do mean a satellite DISH. The original big ole free-standing ones.
