It’s so time consuming and they want police checks like AHPRA doesn’t run a criminal check every time you renew your registration

Hospital onboarding is hell and to even apply for these jobs you need so many checks and clearances. Forms for immunisations etc etc 😭

It’s not even just hospital. I left to go community nursing & agency and they all have random sht. Like after covid they started adding mask fitting 😭 like plsssss, im gonna take one of these masks and suffoc—
