My husband was on a rig off the coast of Nigeria. He was sleeping when they had a punch through. His bed slid across the room and hit the wall. Everyone fell out of their beds. My husband ruptured 2 discs in his neck. His rig was stabilized and they continued drilling. He had surgery and returned to work.

If it is still pressing it's legs, why would it need 115 ppl on there to be at risk? Sounds like they should access the amount of ppl needed during the jack up test to the ground! And make sure it is safe for a decent amount of time.
