The cafeteria staff should have called nurse right away and have another person call 911 right away. This is so unfair to this poor baby. They did not help her at all they ignored her

no when you call 911 you need to be able to pass on to them why you need an ambulance so the emt can be prepared. the teacher was neglectful the nurse and principal were not

and almost sounds like maybe she got choked on a chicken bone and then her throat swelled just a thought but very very sad she was a very beautiful person looked very smart happy and full of joy my prayers go out to the family

I was so disgusted to see how many adults were even noticing that she was in distress when I watched the video I thought it was so heartbreaking until she finally went to the nurse's office herself and they noticed oh this little girl's choking we better help her and then they tried the best they could until she just died like I don't know what the heck is wrong with people like why work at an elementary school if you're there to help the kids but you're not really going to help them my condolences goes out to the family and if I were the parents I'd Sue that teacher

I was working in a hospital in the kitchen when i witnessed someome chocking. I jumped in to give him the himlick as my coworker called for help as i was unware we weren't to give any help in the hospital of that type as kitchen workers. Nobody answered the 📞 . He turned blue but thankfully not for long. That nurse did something wrong.
