Ничего хорошего. По Херсону ходят слухи, что после этого, ни Олешек ни Херсона не станет. Дай Бог чтоб это не так было.

Sheikha Zainab Ja’afar Mahmud Adam is a Nigerian Islamic scholar and Qur’anic teacher who has continued the tradition of Islamic scholarship associated with her family while establishing her own presence in Qur’anic education and Da’wah. She is the daughter of the late Sheikh Ja’afar Mahmud Adam, the renowned Kano-based Islamic scholar whose lectures and Qur’anic Tafsir influenced generations of Muslims. Today, Zainab is herself active in Islamic teaching. Her public lectures include Qur’anic reflections, Islamic lessons and Ramadan Tafsir, with recordings documenting her delivering Tafsir from Usman Bin Affan Mosque in Kano. Her work represents an important development in the visibility of women participating in Islamic education and public religious instruction within Northern Nigeria. Zainab has also been featured in programmes associated with Bayero University Kano’s Centre for Islamic Civilization and Interfaith Dialogue, where she delivered a lecture in 2023. Her commitment to Qur’anic learning is also reflected in writings and teachings published under her name, including Qur’anic reflections that explain verses and draw lessons for everyday life. Her journey is deeply connected to the legacy of her father. Sheikh Ja’afar was known for his extensive Qur’anic Tafsir in Hausa; historical records document him delivering Qur’anic explanations and meanings at the Uthman Bin Affan Friday Mosque in Gadon Kaya. But Zainab’s story is not simply about being the daughter of a famous scholar. It is about carrying a tradition of knowledge into a new generation. Through Tafsir, teaching and Da’wah, Sheikha Zainab Ja’afar Mahmud Adam continues to contribute to Islamic education while demonstrating the important role women can play in the transmission of Qur’anic knowledge. From the legacy of Sheikh Ja’afar Mahmud Adam to her own platform of Qur’anic teaching, Zainab is building a scholarly journey of her own — one lesson, one verse and one audience at a time. 📖🤍🇳🇬 What do you admire from her teaching style? #campusreformnigeria
