I’m in a high rise in River Oaks and I can’t wait to move. I had a leak in the bathroom, my washer had to be replaced, I’ve seen a mouse in the hallway, non of the grills work, pool was down for months, and 1 elevator was broken for 5 months, but this is considered luxury. SMH! I think TF not. I’m out of here. Keep in mind I’m paying over $3K. I’m over it. 😡

Every day without hot water ask them to prorate your rent. This is illegal and it’s against the law
