@converts_to_islam: 🌙🤍 A SURGEON BY DAY, A TEACHER OF THE HOLY QUR’AN BY NIGHT 📖🇸🇦 Meet Dr. Abdullah Allam, reportedly a consultant surgeon at King Fahd Hospital in Medina, Saudi Arabia, whose story is inspiring people through its message of faith, dedication, and honoring one’s parents. ❤️ A Promise to His Mother According to the story being shared, after his mother’s passing, Dr. Allam committed himself to fulfilling her deepest wish: that he teach the Holy Qur’an. 🏥 Serving Patients, Teaching the Qur’an For more than 12 years, he is said to have balanced demanding 12-hour surgical shifts with evening Qur’an teaching at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, the Prophet Muhammad’s ﷺ Mosque in Medina. His reported teaching includes the Ten Qira’at — the recognized traditions of Qur’anic recitation. 📖 A Legacy of Qur’anic Learning The educational programs at the Prophet’s Mosque include Qur’an circles dedicated to recitation, memorization, and study. Reports about these programs have also highlighted thousands of students completing Qur’an memorization. ✨ A Beautiful Reminder His story reminds us that serving humanity and serving the Qur’an can go hand in hand. A mother’s wish can become a lifelong mission, and sincere dedication can leave a legacy that continues to benefit others. May Allah have mercy on our parents, reward everyone who teaches the Qur’an, and make us among the people of the Qur’an. Ameen. 🤲 #Quran #Islam #MasjidNabawi #SaudiArabia #IslamicStories
