@generationmediazm: 😢😳🙆🏽‍♂️A church service in the United States has sparked widespread debate after the first wife of a self-proclaimed prophet publicly introduced another woman as her husband's second wife. Prophet Israel Ford of LifeWorks Church in Ohio stunned many when his first wife, Pastor Lydia Ford, stood before the congregation and introduced Minister Shakayla Ford as her husband's second wife. In an unusual display of acceptance, Lydia reportedly described Shakayla as her "sister in marriage," openly acknowledging their shared husband. Reports suggest that the polygamous arrangement had existed for nearly three years before being publicly revealed to the congregation. Prophet Ford has defended the arrangement, arguing that the Bible does not prohibit men from having more than one wife. The revelation has ignited heated discussions among Christians, with some questioning whether polygamy has a place in modern Christianity, while others point to biblical figures who had multiple wives. © Generation Media Zambia
