I lost my sister to suicide, and the guilt is something I carry too. The constant questions of what if, why didn’t I see it, could I have done more? are incredibly hard to live with. I know how easy it is to look back and blame yourself, but we can only act on what we know at the time. I’m so sorry for the loss of your brother. 💔 It’s a pain that changes you forever, and one that only those who have experienced it can truly understand. ❤️
