I’m 40 weeks + 2 and had practice contractions for weeks, then of course last week they just completely stopped… 😑 .. and tonight my stomach has been tightening but I don’t feel the cramping in my lower back & lower uterus like I was for weeks.. so now I’m confused

Hi ladies, today I am 40 weeks pregnant. I am experiencing a lot of pain. Whenever I contact my doctor, he tells me that my labor is not close yet. When the pain comes, my stomach becomes very hard and then softens again. Is this normal? Could this be a sign that labor is starting? Please, can someone help me understand what is happening?🥺

Do some squats! I was 40 + 4 on Friday and did 100 squats around 5 pm by 7 pm my waters broke and baby was born Saturday morning !! Goodluck my dear!
