You count your kids going out, count them while on the playground atleast twice and count as you go inside…. This should never happen.

Whenever I take my students outside I’m always counting multiple times and I do a lap around the playground to one make sure nothing is left behind like their waters and to make sure no one is hiding anywhere and when I go inside I count again as well. I make the kids hold hands or make like a train and we walk back to class too

It’s completely unacceptable. Point blank. Half they were fired and held accountable. I just want to add my 2 cents as a daycare teacher myself. I have been sick for 2 days (violently sick today) and I was supposed to work 6:30-12pm. Well someone’s kid got sick so she called off, and I was told I HAVE to stay until 5:30. I’m fucking exhausted. I’m barely holding on and my head is spinning. I think the state I’m in right now is unacceptable to have working with children. But here I am. Like I said before, it’s their fault that the neglect happened, but I wonder if they were sick or something like me and forced to come to work…

Because they don't have strict rules for people to become teachers, and these teachers are making less than babysitters and I love how these companies blame the teachers when most of the time it's the politics of the schools that caused these issues
