For Stocks and Shares ISA - Under 65 you can put £20,000 a year in still. £19,999 into Royal London Short Term Money Mkt Y Acc fund(pays 3.9%). £1 in Nvidia. As long as something (the £1) is in shares you are fine.

If you have more than £20k in stocks you can actually get £20k in a cash ISA for one last year. April 5th switch £20k into a cash ISA from your stocks, it's an immediate transfer if it's on the same platform, then the next day put the £20k back into the stocks.
