with all due respect "highly aggressive" is not an accurate description of any bear species, and particularly in Japan the statistics dont suggest bears pose any significant threat to humans.

black bears are willing to scam into our bins so black bears are willing to fight like a raccoon over a bin where grizzly bear or a brown bear won't fight over a bin because they'll go really they summon our fish so they'll be eating berries or boar opening up and it'll be reindeer or moose by dumping those existing Japan reindeer my anything up in that and just bump as or less aggressive with their sleep more but black basil more curious so they're willing to go into bins but it's into that smaller they get more aggressive in grizzly bears and people don't know me they say grizzly bear they go f*** off in my dinner with a grizzly bear why and our Brown recently by our two different things one is slightly bigger once more angry one is slightly less angry why because the brown bear is a sloth bear without the white pouch by grizzly bear is I know a brown bag is a lot smaller

Seems like a absolute waste of money, time and resources, be cheap and quicker just to attach gps to the bears connected to a app with a shock implant if they go into populated areas. 😅
