DIY Black Chrome Delete? Never Wrap Curved Trim Like This! 🚗🛠️✨ Want to turn chrome trim into sleek gloss black? There's one mistake that can ruin your entire vinyl wrap transformation: using a narrow strip of vinyl on curved trim! At Polonez Garage, we're showing you the right way to wrap an arch-shaped chrome trim piece using gloss black vinyl. The secret? Start with a larger piece of vinyl, not a narrow strip! This gives you enough material to follow the curve naturally without excessive stretching, wrinkles, or unwanted tension. Here's our simple DIY Chrome Delete method: ✅ 🧼 Thoroughly clean and degrease the chrome trim for proper vinyl adhesion. ✅ 📏 Prepare a generous piece of gloss black vinyl, allowing extra material around the curved shape. ✅ ✨ Position the vinyl carefully and smooth it along the arch using a squeegee. ✅ ✂️ Precisely trim the excess vinyl while protecting the surrounding surfaces. ✅ 🔥 Carefully heat-treat and secure the edges for a smooth, factory-clean finish. The result? Chrome disappears, replaced by stunning gloss black with unmistakable premium style! No painting. No disassembly. Just a simple but precise method that's fully reversible and paint-friendly. You can do this at home this weekend! Would you keep the chrome or go full gloss black? 🎵 Music: #NEZARI \#PolonezGarage #MusicByNEZARI #ChromeDelete #Dechroming #GlossBlack #BlackTrim #VinylWrap #CarWrapping #DIYCarModification #CarCustomization #CarDIY #WrapTutorial - @polonezgarage
