@saraly734: Hello, hello! It’s Black Rose again! This is a short video about the single vowel in the language of Hmong in the dialect of Mong Leng. It’s going to help you understand and remember the sound of the vowel that is at the end of the word to help you read and write in Mong Leng. Please remember that the Mong Leng language is a tonal language. A tone marker appears at the end of the word that makes a special sound. So read the short story below to find out what sound “u ” made. Vowel: These words have no ending tone: consonant +vowel= word u, Word Family: rhu, take off; as from the stove; tsu, the steamer; ncu, to steam, to miss someone; ncu qaab, to remember The story : Mong Leng Kuv nam nyob huv YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook taag moog le. While she was listening/distracted, the rice burned completely, to the point that the steamer lid blew right off and flew away, filling the entire house with a strong, burnt smell. The smoke alarm was ringing loudly just like that. Oh goodness, even if she fasts for a whole day because of this, she still won't mind it at all! Thanks for learning Mong Leng with me!
