I was yesterday old, I eventually made custard from scratch without coloring. Here is the list of ingredients: 2 tbsp cornstarch (cornflour in some countries) 1 tbsp powdered sugar, optional, for a sweeter premix 2 teaspoons vanilla powder, I used vanilla liquid since I am making at the spot Pinch of turmeric powder, optional, for a warm yellow color (preferably than food coloring) PSA: for health concerns pap/akamu/ogi is much better especially for gut health and low calorie than custard. #pap #custard #nigerianfood #cookingtips #fyp
