The bottom line, is everyone agreed to a rule. The rule was in place. City were the only team to break that rule. Which mean't you had the edge, you had the casino on everyone else. Whether that rule is right or wrong is a different argument. Personally i think a club should be able to plough whatever money they want in as long as it isnt a loan. But, that wasnt the case. City played bookies and now they have been caught. End of.
