@ovoapilates: You wanna know one of the dumbest ways to lose money in business? Dropping your price every time a customer says they found something cheaper. Sounds harsh, right? Well, this guy almost lost a huge Pilates equipment order. And what he did next? Most salespeople wouldn't even think of it. So check this out. A studio owner calls him looking for ten Reformers. He sends over the quote. Five minutes later, the phone rings. “Dude, are you serious? I found the same thing way cheaper.” Now, most salespeople would freak out. They'd start throwing discounts at the guy. But not this guy. He just asks, “How much cheaper?” The customer tells him. Then he goes, “Okay, let me ask you something. Are you sure you're comparing the same equipment?” The customer says, “What do you mean?” “Well, same frame material? Same components? Same accessories? Same warranty? Same after-sales support?” Dead silence. Turns out, the customer never checked any of that. He just saw a lower number and assumed it was a better deal. So the seller says, “Look, I'm not saying you have to buy from me. But before you compare prices, maybe compare what you're actually getting.” And just like that, the whole conversation changes. Now they're not arguing about who's cheaper. They're talking about what the equipment is actually worth. See, that's the difference between somebody who just sells stuff and somebody who understands business. One reacts to the price. The other changes the conversation. Because here's something a lot of people learn the hard way. The cheapest equipment isn't always the cheapest equipment to own. Especially when you're running a Pilates studio. And that's why we work directly with equipment dealers and distributors. We manufacture Reformers, Cadillacs, Pilates Chairs, and Ladder Barrels. Factory-direct pricing, wholesale orders, OEM and ODM customization. Before you place your next equipment order, send us your specifications and quantities. Let's see what makes sense for your business.
