Mental health nurse here, you’re right-it needs to be talked about and currently, if you admit si to a professional, you get involuntary admission to psych. So people can’t talk about it in any meaningful way. That needs to change.

Like the suicide booths in Futurama…I know they were meant to be dark humor and social satire, but I’ve always thought the concept was genuinely interesting. Like, what would a future society look like if people actually had that level of autonomy over their own existence?

Hey Jessica, I am on Discord I'm one of the originals, Tiffany. We love you so much. You have made my life better, just by being you. I love my crows and reference them all as Leonard. I weigh my cats in huskinos. I sing all of the original songs from way back. It was pouring rain the other day all day and I was singing "It's Raining Treats". Bang Your Head is my go to Friday song. My best friend has these thoughts, and I used to try and cheer her up and suggest ideas to make her happy again, but one day she asked to stop with the advice and distractions, and just listen to her so she can get it out . So carry on talking to us, your internet besties, cos we care about you 💗
