@muto_noodle: 【高田馬場】ROKU BO TOKYO ・中華そば 高田馬場の馬場口交差点近くにあるこちら。店舗設備が原因で閉店した札幌六坊がメニューを刷新し2026年8月に店名も新たに再オープンしたお店です。メニューは醤油/塩の中華そばで今後は大分佐伯ラーメンも追加されるようです。中華そばは岡山の天神そばという有名店をイメージして作られたとのこと。平日14時頃で先客2名。札幌六坊と同様に食券機は完全キャッシュレス対応。今回は醤油を注文してみました。卓上調味料は唐辛子/フライドガーリック/酢/胡椒。 2分程で着丼。めちゃ早い。具材はチャーシュー/黒豆もやし/青ネギ。スープをひと口。表面には鶏油が厚めに浮かび熱々。熱さからか出汁感はそこまで感じられませんでしたがカエシは強めで軽い酸味があります。三河屋製麺の細ストレート麺はツルパツ食感。細めの黒豆もやしに関西を感じます。チャーシューは薫香があり歯応えしっかり。角切りのものも入っていてボリューム満点です。天神そばを食べたことはありませんが渡辺樹庵氏だけありしっかりバランスの取れた美味しいラーメン。次回訪問時は塩中華そばを試してみようと思います。ご馳走さまでした！！ This restaurant is located about a 10-minute walk from Takadanobaba Station.
