I remember when lifts like this used to feel SO hard 😭 Looking back really shows you how much progress you’re making when you just keep showing up. Getting stronger in the gym doesn’t happen overnight. You might not notice your strength progressing week to week, but consistency, progressive overload and time really do add up.
