Absolutely, I am a supervisor have been for 8 years, my company has given this position to a folks, that have no business running work, it makes me sick, I lead by example, a lot of these guys yell and scream treat guys like shit, then get back in there truck, never understood how a guy find a job from there truck how is your job going to be up to your expectation when you ain't involved, it is disheartening🫡
