Enhorabuena has clavado la receta, aunque en España se come principalmente en Navidad, hay gente en los comentarios diciendo que no se come fuera de esas fechas pero en sitios con tradición turronera como Jijona o Biar se come casi todo el año, y también se usa para hacer helados, flanes y otros postres
