@yourtiredteacher_: I don’t think losing a pet ever really gets easier; we just learn to live with the space they leave in our hearts. Ever since, I find myself praying a little harder for my 4 babies, asking the Lord to keep them healthy and let them stay with us for many more years. I just want to give them the best life I can, make them feel loved every single day, and create as many beautiful memories with them as possible. Grief will never go away. It’s like glitter on carpet. We find them here and there… But I always think that pet paradise for our angel furbabies have infinite amount of treats, belly rubs, and chew toys 🦴 That’s the only thing that makes me feel better. ❤️‍🩹
