Sylvester became a father long before his three daughters were born. With his first wife, Sasha Czack, he had two sons — Sage and Seargeoh. Sage followed his father into acting and even played Rocky’s son in Rocky V. He passed away from heart disease in 2012 at just 36. But there was another son. Seargeoh was diagnosed with autism at age three and has spent almost his entire life away from the spotlight. He was briefly seen as a baby in Rocky II, but unlike the rest of the Stallone family, he rarely appears publicly — which is why he isn’t pictured here. Years later, Sylvester started a new chapter with Jennifer Flavin. Together they welcomed three daughters: Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet. Two sons from his first marriage. Three daughters from his third. Five children — but a family story rarely seen in one picture.
Qatar Announces Permanent Residency Requirements for Foreigners: 20 Years for Those Born Abroad, 10 for Those Born in Qatar Doha: Qatar has outlined the residency requirements that foreign nationals must meet to qualify for permanent residency under Law No. 10 of 2018, with the required length of stay depending on whether applicants were born inside or outside the country. Under the provisions, foreign nationals born outside Qatar generally need to have lived in the country for at least 20 years, while those born in Qatar must have completed at least 10 years of legal residence to meet the respective residency-duration requirements. However, meeting the minimum period of residence does not automatically guarantee permanent residency. Applicants must also satisfy additional conditions established under Qatari law. Different Residency Periods for Applicants The rules distinguish between applicants based on their place of birth. Foreign nationals born outside Qatar must generally complete 20 years of continuous legal residence in the country. Meanwhile, foreign nationals born within Qatar are required to have lived there legally for at least 10 years. Applicants must hold valid residence permits throughout the relevant qualifying period. Time spent in the country without the required legal residency status may not count towards the minimum period. These requirements establish the length of residence applicants must meet before they can qualify for consideration under the permanent residency framework. Meeting the Residency Requirement Is Not Enough Although the required length of stay is an important part of the application process, applicants must fulfil other eligibility criteria under Law No. 10 of 2018. Consequently, completing the required number of years does not mean permanent residency will be granted automatically. Foreign nationals interested in applying should review the applicable conditions, documentation requirements and application procedures before submitting their requests. The relevant authorities assess applications according to the legal framework and its eligibility provisions. What the Rules Mean for Qatar's Expatriate Community Qatar is home to a large expatriate population, with foreign nationals working across industries including construction, hospitality, healthcare, finance and technology. For long-term residents, permanent residency can represent an important option for establishing a more secure future in the country. The published requirements provide a general timeline for foreign nationals who wish to explore this status. However, eligibility depends on more than the number of years spent living in Qatar. Applicants Advised to Check Official Requirements Foreign nationals considering permanent residency should consult the Qatari Ministry of Interior for the latest eligibility criteria and application procedures. Applicants should confirm that their residency history meets the applicable requirements and that they satisfy all other conditions under the law. Understanding the full rules before applying can help long-term residents determine whether they qualify to seek permanent residency in Qatar. #Qatar #QatarNews #PermanentResidency #Doha #ExpatsInQatar
