Sometimes, my skin makes me feel so low, especially when I walk into a room full of beautiful ladies. A lot of people don't know this about me. 🥺💔 The fact that I've added so much weight has also affected my self-esteem more than people realise. People see me as someone who is bold and has audacity, but the truth is, I've been struggling with myself for the past two years. Sometimes, when I have the opportunity to speak up or go after something I want, something just holds me back. It's like I have so much potential in me, but I'm struggling to let it out. And honestly, I feel like this has held me back from so many things and stopped me from flourishing the way I know I should. I'm learning to find that version of myself again, the girl who was bold enough to take up space, speak up and go after what she wanted without constantly doubting herself. 🥺❤️🩹 Because having audacity doesn't mean being rude. It means having the courage to show up for yourself, even when you're struggling with self-doubt.
