@sheenacookingpassion: This Deepavali, let the festivities simmer with a little extra love and Farm Fresh Rich, creamy, buttery, and bursting with flavour, my Butter Chicken is bringing a little restaurant style indulgence to the Festival of Lights. Because Deepavali is not just about lighting lamps, it’s about creating beautiful memories around the table, one delicious dish at a time. A little butter, a lot of love, and a whole lot of festive magic. For chicken marination :- 300 grams boneless chicken thigh / breast 2 ts ginger garlic paste 2 ts chili powder 1 ts turmeric powder 2 ts yogurt/curd Salt Gravy :- 8 medium size tomato (choose the ripe ones) 3 medium size onion 1 tbs ginger garlic paste Handful cashew nuts 1 ts kasoori methi (fenugreek leaves) 1.5 ts garam masala 3 tbs sugar 2 tbs kashmiri chili powder 4 tbs UNSALTED FARM FRESH BUTTER 3 tbs cooking cream 1/4 cup FARM FRESH FULL CREAM MILK 1.5 tbs white vinegar Salt Method :- 1. Marinate chicken and keep aside for 15 minutes 2. In a pan, heat up 2 tbs Unsalted Farm Fresh Butter and 1 tbs oil 3. Shallow fry marinated chicken till its well cooked. ( I like it a little charred) 4. Keep aside till use 5. In the same pan, add in more butter and add in onions 6. Give it a stir and add in ginger garlic paste 7. Now add in cashew nuts, tomatoes, kashmiri chili powder, garam masala, sugar, vinegar and 1 cup of water 8. Mix well and season with salt 9. Slow cook in low flame for 15 minutes. 10. Once the tomatoes turn mushy and onions are soft, off the heat 11. Let it cool down and blend it into a fine puree. 12. Strain if needed and add the puree into the pan again 13. Now add in remaining Unsalted Farm Fresh Butter, Farm Fresh Full Cream Milk, cooking cream and fried chicken 14. Mix well and add in Kasoori Methi 15. Give it a good stir and off the heat. 16.
