I should of taped it from the get go they were hostile to begin with. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I was extremely respectful until I was threatened Before I started videotaping: I explained I need my other phone shut down and reported stolen because it was. My bank stuff etc is on it. They state that I’m not a authorized user and they can’t help me, i told them I I came into this exact store on April 3rd to pickup my new IPhone 17. My dad who is also on the account added me as a authorized user. There response was you must of gotten the phone illegally because your not on the account. I state they can look at security if necessary but that’s what happened. They even offered to bypass it and then say there’s nothing they can do. I simply said if they claim they sold me a phone illegally then I’ll reach out to civil. After this Nancy Quillan started yelling to get out repeatedly saying we can’t serve you if you mention civil. Savannah went to put her hands on me to physically push me out. I let her know she can not legally touch me and I will defend myself if necessary. The red head who covers her name tag threatened to whoop my a** that’s when I started recording To act so aggressive towards me and and then to call the cops is crazy. If you can’t work with people then don’t. Also I only raised my voice because I was triggered due the the aggression they showed prior Claimer: I’m not Tik tok famous I meant to say viral or something idek it happened so fast and was genuinely scared from when they tried putting their hands on me prior but I only said it hoping they’d reflect on how they were acting Nancy Quillan Savanna and This happened in Plainwell Michigan.
