B I’m a type 1 diabetic and sometimes I would have low blood sugar at 2am 69 to 54 carbs and sugar right away it’s very dangerous.

As a diabetic, the answer is none of the above. At 54 a diabetic can still fend for themselves, let them deal with it. The answer is do nothing, and go check on patients that actually need help.

the answer is B. I would carry sugar packets in my scrub pocket just for this.However they are going to need a protein to keep them there or they will drop again. Fast acting carbs is a temporary fix.
