But your concept is more like, making challenging eating games and such actions whereby you HOPE will result in business. If it is rent free, you can experiment with such concepts. For those cursing and swearing that he will close after 6 months, this is the new business strategy. Hype it up, charge daaaam expensive, let the Q speak. Break even on the 3rd month and then make money until it’s down. Then sell off after 12 months. Net gain 3-4 million. Runnnn
