Clearly that doctors don’t know what “court order” means?? Once she signed those documents to be a surrogate, she signed over ALL rights of her body to that couple to have their child. They should’ve done the c-section or try to turn the baby around.

Both parties are in the wrong. A C-section is not a lightweight procedure on the body. You’re slicing through several layers of skin, fat and muscle. The recovery is not easy either.
