Past Medical history of HTN??, chronic kidney disease, diabetes mellitus type 2, A&Ox4 (knows year, president, where they are there/why they are there and knows who they are), 92% oxygen saturation on 2 liters of oxygen on nasal cannula, atrial fibrillation while on telemetry, nothing by mouth since midnight, 8/10 right upper quadrant pain, every 2 hrs of dilaudid, denies shortness of breath and nausea/ vomiting.

yes, but are we saying they do or don't have N/V? because it is unclear in this form, I saw them pick apart this type of note in the Lindsay Clancy case. the legal np talked about it too. interesting takes lol
