Legal community, let’s talk about procedural transparency and conflicts of interest under Texas law. This pertains to live case involving illegal seizure of esa animal from disabled community member. negligence resulting in serious injury of said animal and discrimination. I was spit on insulted to include use of racial slurs by drunken Larry Hammons, manager at T Slash Bar Texas in San Antonio, Texas. Beautie, an ESA animal, was intentionally being injured byvstaff at T Slash Bar and her whereabouts today, are still unknown. 2024CI11462, 57th District Court Bexar County 5:25-cv-00556 Western District Texas and 5th Circuit Case pending. Let's not forget the partial remand by 4th Court of Appeals, done without any adjudicative authority and once again, you guessed it, total avoidance of jurisdictional challenges! (04-24-00704-CV.) This is why they had to be added as 4th Court of Appeals in addition to all justices in their individual capacities. Remember, all cases be researched for free in the name of public transparency. This is who 4th Court of appeals, a disqualified panel, per constitution, protect over the self-represented litigant who has been seriously harmed by state actors and private individuals. Let's talk about it. Tejas Rodeo is owned by attorney Troy Martin, who maintains active business partnerships within the regional horse community. Larry Hammons, an individual central to a dispute involving the contested seizure, discrimination, and negligence resulting in injury of an emotional support animal whose whereabouts remain unverified, regularly works and competes at these specific rodeo events. While the law firm claims they do not formally represent Hammons directly, associate attorney Alec Perez has provided representation for related parties in the overarching litigation. When Hammons was formally subpoenaed to appear and produce material employment and business records, procedural maneuvers were utilized to prevent his testimony and the production of those documents in order for all defendants to be served. Under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct, overlapping financial interests, personal ties to the same venue, and efforts to shield third-party witnesses from lawful discovery raise significant questions regarding structural transparency, independent professional judgment, and the integrity of the evidentiary record. Meanwhile, Alex Perez pictured here, says he enjoys video games and playing at the ranch. #transparency #conflictofinterest #disabledveteran #horses #civilrights
