I've been running that same design for about 7 years pulling my excavator and love it! the third brake axle is a game changer for stopping and tongue weight!!

I prefer triples, they’re are much better for rough ground because they float over ditches and low points. They don’t tail swing near as much. They’re easier to pull through snow or mud because they don’t have to cut as much of their own trail. You just have to be a little more careful when turning around loaded.
