Fragrance is a hormone disruptor. Since going through infertility years ago I haven’t used perfume alone other things in years!

Girl. My OB told me people do drugs every day of their pregnancy. Horrible? Yes. But proof there’s worst things to worry about. Eat that turkey sandwich and use that perfume. You’re doing good.

I mean I spray it on my clothes so I think it’s fine but I don’t think it would matter THAT much. I eat lunch meat and medium cooked eggs, there’s worse things 🤰🏼😂

I do check mine simply because I’m a licensed esti so I check all my body and skincare when I’m pregnant and switch things out, so I started checking my perfume etc too lol. But at this point almost nothing is “safe” during pregnancy
