I work in a grocery store in the meat/seafood department, woman came up and said that another store had crab legs cheaper wanting us to price match. I told her she should have bought them at the other store.

People don’t do this with just restaurants… I run a Christmas 🎄 Event similar to Angel Tree for my county, what do you mean you can’t help with bills, what do you mean I can’t have the Christmas Dinner 🍽️Food Box 📦 for Thanksgiving and just get an extra one for Christmas 💀, I know there is a $150 limit and I have a bunch of things listed in the other categories but my kid really wants a pair of $125 shoes are just a few

At the PHARMACY people would ask if we would price match the GoodRx price at a different pharmacy. Umm no you’ll need to go to that pharmacy for that price. We do not control prices. We will do our best to find you the best one. But we cannot price match. That’s illegal

I worked at a fast food place and they accepted any coupons for any reason because they wanted the customer to get the food from them. People could bring in a coupon for $10 off an oil change and get $10 off their bill.
