The problem is that the cone gets progressively worse the lower you go because the lobster ratio decreases. You don’t get to finish with a perfect bite. You will always finish your meal with the most disappointing bite. Maybe I just have a weird brain that makes me think that way, but I can’t be the only one. A regular lobster roll is superior.
