@reikimatt: Tap the link in my bio and I will send you my free guided meditation, The Sacred Gateway. 🦊 You are loved. Not because of what you do, or what you have figured out, or how “together” you appear on the outside. You are loved because you are Creator, experiencing all of creation, for a little while, in a fragile human body. And yes, it is messy here. Sometimes it hurts, sometimes it is ugly, and sometimes it feels so lonely. But sometimes it is so joyful, so exciting, and so full of inspiration, willpower and courage that you can feel it in your chest. Here is what I want you to remember today: nothing is separate from anything. Not distance, not time, not you. The part of you that is vast, limitless, timeless, and formless is still here, right underneath the noise. If you close your eyes and listen for a moment, you can feel it. That stillness is not far away. It is you. You are the love you have always searched for. And you are Creator, waking up. If you want a little help remembering that, comment FOX and I will DM you The Sacred Gateway, my free 10 minute guided meditation. It is your threshold into that stillness. I am sending you lots of love, now and always. Join me live weekdays at 10 AM to 3 PM ET on Twitch at MattGangi. The first hour is Reiki, meditation, and teaching, then games. #Reiki #YouAreLoved #SpiritualAwakening #Meditation #Healing
